Woodstock '99, like the original 3 day festival of Peace, Love, and Music, was more complicated than its happy slogan made it out to be. However, despite the few incidents of violence and behind the chaos, there was a great vibe and even greater music. Many of America's most popular bands represent here, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Korn, Kid Rock, Sherly Crow, and the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. This video is a fantastic archive of the pop music scene at the turn of the 20th century.
